Nancy Fan provides high-level support to Crown Global leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the company. With responsibility for payroll, accounting records, and administrative coordination, Nancy plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Prior to joining Crown Global, Nancy spent over five years at a boutique capital firm in New York City and previously held roles as an Accounting Specialist at Merck and a Senior Auditor at PwC. This background provides a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, financial controls, and executive support.

Nancy received her MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
