Michele D'Alto

Michele D’Alto is the Vice President of U.S. Operations at Crown Global, where she leads U.S. compliance and regulatory operations. In this role, she serves as the primary contact with reinsurers throughout the underwriting process, manages policy issuance, and ongoing operations coordination.  She acts as the primary liaison with state insurance regulators in connection with product approvals, regulatory filings, inquiries, and insurance department examinations. Since joining the firm in 2012, she has overseen client onboarding and due diligence to ensure adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Mrs. D’Alto also leads the onboarding of new insurance dedicated funds and investment managers onto Crown Global’s investment platforms. 

Prior to joining Crown Global, Mrs. D’Alto spent more than eight years working with two family real estate offices, where she was directly involved in residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and property management. 

Mrs. D’Alto is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and holds Series 6 and 63 licenses, as well as variable life and annuity insurance licenses.
