Livia Frunza

Livia is an Office Associate, employed at VivaInsurance Services GmbH, a tied insurance intermediary acting on behalf of the Crown Global insurance companies for customers (policyholders/insured persons) domiciled outside of Switzerland.

Livia strongly supports Crown Global with the pre- and after sales tasks, liaises with third-party stakeholders and aids with the ongoing know-your-customer due diligence. She has deepened her knowledge in account openings, works with external compliance teams to find common ground and supports clients throughout the full application process from scheduling medicals to preparing and checking all documentation.

Livia is a member of both International Compliance Association and STEP and holds certificates in Anti-money laundering, International trust management and Investment of the trust fund.
